This company(wirefly, inphonic, intelenet wireless) is a waste of a website. Its a scam every way you look at it. The reps have no idea what they're doing or reading. I ordered my phone and was told via email that they needed more information. So Monday morning comes along and I call in. The wait to talk to a verification employee was about 10 minutes. I give them the information and they told me that an email would follow once the order has gone through. That night I check my email and they say that they my credit check didn't go through and that I need to supply a deposit in order to start my service. I disagree after obtaining a copy of my credit report and call them back on Tuesday. They change their story. Now they say that the carrier doesn't have service in my area even though my brother has that carrier and lives next door. The rep says that they are going to forward my order to another department. They say to call back the following day. I call back on Wednesday and the rep says he has no idea what the issue is and is forwarding my order to another dept. I'm like ok. He says that it should be all taken care of by today. Well, I call back today and guess what? Its not taken care of. The new rep didn't even know what the issue was. It was like he couldn't read. I asked him if there was notes regarding the fact that I called in and he said yes. I said does it say anything else, and he said yeah, give me a sec. So not only are the reps useless beyond forwarding order issues to other depts or reps, but their lazy too. Geeez.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from this company.
