I would NEVER buy anything from them again. VERY FRUSTRATING, 6 weeks with no resolution

I ordered a Logitech PS/2 Steering wheel from Buy.com on 10/28, it was due to me by 11/4. It never arrived. The company policy requires you wait 13 business days before you can file a lost claim. I did that on 11/12 (in the interim, I had the shipping company trying to find the item, and I checked locally with my Post Office. The item never came into my local PO. Buy.com advised I would hear from them in 5 business days, I did not. I sent another e-mail and was advised it takes 10-15 business days to research a claim. I waited 15 days and sent an e-mail on 12/6, I received an acknowledgement that the note was received, but no response. On 12/7, I called their customer support, they put in a claim. Still no e-mail confirmation of anything. 12/8, I called again, the claim was escalated, still no e-mail. 12/9 I called again, spoke to a supervisor and was told it may take 2-3 days before I hear from them. I checked their website at this point, and find the Logitech steering wheel is out of stock. I am disgusted. I called back and asked for a credit to my acct and will be calling my credit card company to advise this charge is in dispute. I will never buy anything from this company again.
