Good selection and service with on-time delivery

I just got an order from eCampus on Friday and I must say everything went according to plan. I placed my order early last week and ordered three of the books I needed for this semester,plus a DVD. Each item had an estimated availability for shipping that helped me decide which books to order. When I was finished placing my order I got an order confirmation number to use for watching my order through the process.
I did have to wait on the phone for several minutes the first time I checked on the order. I called during lunch which is their busiest time, according to the customer service person I talked with. They were pleasant and helpful. I just needed to make sure I had the correct shipping address on my order. I would recommend calling later in the day to avoid waiting or better yet try their chat sessions. I got through quickly using chat.
When the order shipped I received an email telling me it had shipped and when I should expect to receive it. I used UPS ground ( they call it "Select", I don't know why) so they also sent me a tracking number. I never needed to use it because the shipment arrived on time, but looked like a standard UPS tracking number so I guess it would work OK.
The books came packed in an ecampus box with paper for packing and were all in good condition. The used book I ordered came with the CD but I did see that their website said they don't guarantee the CD's or extra materials with their used books.
Generally this was a painless experience and I saved a little money as well.
