Bad Phone Service...Bad Customer Service
That has been my experience with T-Mobile. Unless you live and/or work within 1-mile of I-91 or I-95, do not expect any service. When you call to complain, do not expect any assistance or sympathy.
The T-Mobile coverage maps are misleading and inaccurate. The do not accurately display the numerous dead zones throughout the State of CT. In fact, most of the state has no coverage.
The FCC or State Attorney General's Office should mandate full disclosure from any wireless service provider that wants to do business in CT. They should be required, by law, to inform customers in writing the percentage of the state that actually has coverage for their service. That was the intent of the coverage map, but who checks the accuracy of the map?
When you call T-Mobile you will never speak to a supervisor. You will be told I can put a supervisor on the line, but they will tell you the same thing I am telling you. Call and ask, I guarantee that they will repeat that line verbatim. I also guarantee that you will never speak to a C/S supervisor.
There plan prices are extremely low, but what is the value of a low price if you cannot use your phone in the state where you live and work?
