This wonderful ethernet switch is a little blue box of networking wonders. Its dimensions are: W=158mm (6.2"), D=103mm (401"), and H=25mm (1"). The power plug is a somewhat bulky 7.5W localized plug (AC plug), however most often this is not a problem for the application you intend on using this for. The switch holds five ethernet ports which enables you to connect multiple computers, Xbox's, or other systems that use an ethernet cable. These ethernet ports are located in the front, which makes quick or temporary connections particularly easy. The LED's in the front near the ports make monitoring the activity very easy.
.: What It Can Do :.
The switch allows you to perform many different activities with your computers and what not. You are able to share printers, exchange files and documents, share access to the internet (you only will be able to connect four computers to the switch to use the internet, as you need one port for the source of the internet), send/receive E-mail and chats, access another PC's CD-ROM, ZIP drive, and play interactive network games. I have used this switch for a few different things. When I have Xbox Live LAN's or any Xbox/PC LAN this hub performs flawlessly every time. I have never had a problem in setting it up, using it, or taking it down. Since my router is somewhat far away from my Xbox, I use it in my room so that shorter ethernet cables will work for my friends when they come to play XBL. Temporary connections have given me no problem.

This switch is a small blue box that will work wonders for your networks. It has never given me trouble, and always seems to be working perfectly. This is definitely worth buying!
