This store is a rig. They advertise very cheap prices on their cameras to bait you in, but will not process your order without first speaking with you. When I spoke with them, their sales guy was very pushy and basically tried to sell to me all kinds of accessories priced at 3 -4 times more than what the market prices it at. After 10 minutes of my explaining that I did not want any accessories, they finally desisted and supposedly processed the order. 5 days later (I had ordered it next day b/c it was a present), I still had not received the camera. When I called in, the sales rep told me the order was canceled b/c the camera was not in stock and when I asked when they planned on informing me, he stated that they had emailed me (which was not true) and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back immediately, and asked why I was not told at the time they spoke to me that the camera was not in stock, or why I was not called, and they had no answer for me. Basically, they were able to call me 3 times in one hour to confirm the order and try to push other products on me, but they could not find the time to call me to tell me the camera was out of stock.
Also, their website still shows the camera in stock, and when I called back as an anonymous customer, the sales person confirmed it was in stock. How convenient that the camera was not in stock for a buyer who was not willing to buy accessories for the camera at 3-4 times its regular price.
I believe that this company is falsely advertising and practicing unethical and illegal business practices and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your time with them as I did.
