Pros: Small, easy to figure out, good audio quality

Cons: Doesn't forward chapter to chapter like others do.

Unlike some of the other people writing reviews on this site, I've never had a problem with my Otis. I've had it for 3 years now and have never had an issue, and I use it fairly frequently (several hours a week). I had more problems with my Rio 500 and was glad to be rid of it when Audible sent me the Otis for free (consolation for a subscription cost increase). I've thought about looking into a new player, but really don't have a need to.
