Cons: Takes forever to get anyone. Can't help will your problems.
The Bottom Line: I hate MCI Wireless service. Very poor customer service and I was lied to to get me use them.

MCI Worldcom has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I have had to call them 3 times since I have had the wireless service. The first time I called it took 20 minutes to finally get to talk to someone. The second time, I never did get to talk to anyone and I held for more than 35 minutes. The third time I called, I was very patient. I held for about 50 minutes. I did get to talk to someone though.
One of my biggest problems has been with the free phone I got with my wireless service. There are a couple of codes that I need to know, or know how to get and know one seems to know how to get them (Maybe I just got a bad agent), but I am not going to call back and wait on hold for maybe an hour next time.
Then when I agreed to use MCI as my wireless service I was lied to about my home coverage area. I was told it was most of the state of Indiana. It will be lucky to cover 2/3,s of the state. I live north in the state and the home coverage only goes about 50 north of Ft. Wayne and about 30 miles east and just to the Indiana line. I complained but it didn't do any good. When MCI sent me the map for my home coverage area they sent me Maryland. That was the reason for my first call to them.
Overall I hate MCI wireless. I have nothing but problems with them every since I got there service. Now I am stuck with them for a year.
