These people had to be the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I thought they had a great deal on the phone set so thought I would bite. By far the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an internet shopping experience. They will lie to you. The will not honor or respect agreements made with you. They will delay the order senslessly. They will tell you "we need additional information in order to complete the order", and blame it on the cell service provider. They will ask you for you credit card numbers, bank account number, current utility bill with address, birth date, driver's license number, social security number, mother's maiden name, etc.. They will ask you for these one at a time each time you call to find out status on your order. They will bill you for things they are not suppose to. I had to dispute a $264.99 charge and cancel my credit card with my bank (this was in addition to the $199.98 agreement) that they kept telling me was a mistke and would never be charged. THEY ARE THE WORST!! ABSOLUTELY HORRID!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. AVOID THE NIGHTMARE!!! All this and it took over 2 weeks to get my phones... they told me I would have in 2-3 days...
