I previously ordered blinds from Smith & Noble and had a very positive experience. Based on the positive reviews posted on this site as well as the lower prices offered, I recently ordered 4 Hunter Douglas wood blinds from Your Blinds. The blinds were delivered last week and I can only use the word APPALLING to describe the poor quality and poor condition of the product delivered to my house. Each blind has multiple problems from both poor workmanship and poor delivery conditions. Two of the blinds have slats off the tracks, two are slanted and three of the blinds are not spaced properly. I contacted customer service on Friday. They contacted the manufacturer who now wants pick up the blinds and determine if they will repair or replace the blinds and it's my responsibility to pack up the blinds. Furthermore, this process can take weeks and in the meantime, YourBlinds has my $500+ since July 1. Customer service was supposed to call me by no later than this morning and it's now 6PM and I have not heard from them and I cannot get through on the line. YourBlinds does not make their own product and it shows. I am very frustrated at this point.
