Great -- until it stops working for no reason. No technical support

I loved Musicmatch -- until I needed technical support! One day, for no reason that I can think of, the service stopped working. The player worked, but I couldn't stream or download music. I couldn't even sign in to my account on my own computer, so I couldn't use Musicmatch Plus, for which I had paid $19.99. I searched for a phone number for technical support, but all they had was e-mail support. I tried that but no one responded! Unfortunately, with the problems I was having, I couldn't even use the technical support diagnostic tool. I finally found a number for the billing department, but rather than putting me in touch with technical support, they told me all they could do was refund my money. I received a $6.99 refund for that month's On Demand service. I sent an e-mail to customer support expressing how ridiculous it was that they would refund my money rather than helping me fix the problem. I received a reply that stated if I e-mailed them back and included the information about my problem, they would get technical support to help me. I did that, and waited . . . and waited . . . and waited . . . No response from technical support. I replied to the e-mail again stating that no one from technical support had contacted me. I received a response that day that technical support was going to get to me as soon as they could. I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited some more . . . Nothing.
I am now requesting a refund of the $19.99 for the service that I "purchased" that I can't use on my own computer because I can't sign in to it. I guess they'll respond to that. They'd rather give refunds than fix problems.
