Pros: Low Cost Hosting with basic services
Cons: Bad Service.
No Redundancy.
Unaware of problems.
Management that hides.
No escalation.
The Bottom Line: Don't use their service. You'll waste more time and suffer more problems than any amount of money you save. Spend a little more, get a better hosting company.

I have a shared hosting plan with OLM and regret ever moving my domain there. Our service is DOWN AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. Their support people say they have to shut the server down to clear out old processes. Amazingly enough, whenever our server is down, the OLM.NET web page is functioning! If they know how to keep their own server up, why can't they keep customer's servers up? Most of the time when I call they say the server isn't down -- it's just Apache that isn't working. There's no difference to the customer -- the web page is down regardless of who or what they are blaming.
After months of talking to everyone is Support and in Sales, I finally called and asked to speak to the owner of the company. Guess what, all they will tell you is that his name is George. They won't reveal his last name, transfer your call to him, or even provide an e-mail address. NEVER TRUST A COMPANY WHERE THE MANAGEMENT HIDES BEHIND THEIR DESK. The only person they would transfer my call to is the HR person! Doubting she could fix the problem, they transfered me to the supervisor of Sales. Her name is Julie, and again, you aren't allowed to know her last name. And of course, she was hiding behind her voicemail. You can't even write to these people to complain about their service!
