GETTING READY FOR HALLOWEEN

Aug 27 '01

The Bottom Line A nice and easy Halloween project that can be used as a "trick and treat" goodie.

I create greeting cards for all occasions, and Halloween is no exception. I also like to make my "trick and treat" items to be handed out. They are fun to make! I'm quite sure that you will think so also.

You will need:

White cardstock
Orange cardstock
Halloween imaged rubber stamps
Black ink pad
Black marker
Orange marker
Scissors, decorative
Stapler
Candy corn
Sport type pockets or Ziploc snack bags

Take a piece of white cardstock 5"X4". (orange cardstock can be used instead)
Fold lengthwise in half
Make a scalloped edge with the decorative scissors
Stamp an image on the front and back side of the cardstock
Color the images with the black and the orange markers
Fill the pockets / or ziploc bags with candy corn
Staple the cardstock (front and back) to the pocket/bags.

Make many...

Your Halloween treat packages are now ready to be handed out to the little goblins who appear at your door.

This is a very easy project and younger children can do it with parents supervision. Enjoy!
