Without any customer support except for email, I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

We never received our "welcome" packages on the 2 accounts we opened even after emailing them and letting them know. We were told that they would be sent out immediatley. We never received them, were not able to contact anyone other than email, and no one followed up after the email contact. There is no individual to call, aboslutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We closed both accounts, again this can only be done via email and it was limited as to the reasons why we cancelled and only an "email" was sent acknowledging our cancellation - a "form email". Pathetic! Honestly, I expect to find charges on our credit card for the "free" trial simply due to the fact how poorly this company is managed.
