Pros: The only pro is you get more options like the NFL football package.
Cons: All my cons have been listed above.
The Bottom Line: Bottom line is this comes from directv, please stay away from directv by all means.

First, their fees are extremely high and the only reason I got them was to get the NFL football package. If you don't need that package, then you're better of with your cable.
Second, it doesn't hold well under bad weather at all. I take that back, under any slightly bad weather. All it takes is a gust of wind, and a few rain drops to loose your service. This isn't even that annoying anymore because you get used to it unfortunately.
Thirdly, their customer service sucks. I ordered the espn game plan with them last year, and they automatically renewed it for me this year. Well I didn't want it renewed and didn't know they did that, cause I don't receive the paper billings in the mail(I pay my bills online). And when I finally called them to remove it, and credit our account back for the $90 they stole, they told us they couldn't do that for us because the season had started, even though this is something I never ordered or watched.
Finally, I would just stay away from them if I where you, I'm stuck with them for the next few months due to my 2 year contract(yes they make you sign long contracts), but once that's done with, I am switching to a new company.
