123Inkjets.com has perhaps THE WORST customer service I have ever had the extreme displeasure to encounter. I placed my online order for two OEM cartridges totalling 66.90. What I received was two remanufactured/refilled non-OEM cartridges which sell on their website for considerably less. Had I wanted the "remanufactured" cartridges, I would have ordered them at the lower price. I, however paid the considerably higher price for the OEM cartridges. I emailed the customer service department, detailing all of the specifics of their error, fully expecting to receive either the cartridges that I ordered or a refund for the difference in price. Instead, what I received after numerous emails was a reply stating that this was an "extremely complex issue" and could not possibly be resolved online and would necessitate my placing a phone call to the company! What???? After several more emails, it is now 1 month later and this situation has still not been rectified. Also, I have now used the "remanufactured" cartridges that I received. Oh my! What a joke! If you would like to be covered in ink by opening the package, then this is the product for you! Also, after numerous cleaning cycles, etc., these crappy cartridges still do not work. Bottom line is that I have been taken for 66.90 and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California. Please don't waste your time or money with 123Inkjets.com
