I hate Intelliflix!

I have had Intelliflix for over a month, and I have experienced nothing but problems. First of all, they are liars! Everyday, they change the deadline to purchase the Superpass to make it seem like you only have a matter of hours to decide whether you want the service. The deal will never expire, which is just shady. Second, they have still not charged my credit card for the yearly payment, and when I expressed my concern they claimed that they had charged me and lay the blame on my bank for not showing the charge in a timely manner. I asked if they could just let me out of my contract, but they refused, so I am stuck with them for an entire year even though I hate them and they have not yet charged me. Third, they send you whatever they feel like sending you - it's like a grab bag and you never know what you're going to get. If anybody has ever had Netflix or Blockbuster, you will not be happy about this randomness. Fourth, they are SO slow! They claim that nobody is faster, but it is another lie. Lastly, they sent me a game that did not work, and when I told them about it, they did not seem to care. So if you are considering this service - DON'T DO IT!
