Lied to, no service, charged without shipping goods

HORRIBLE!!
Don't order from this Vendor, EVER !!
I ordered a speaker system on 30 Nov 05 that the site listed as "In Stock - Usually ships with 1-2 business days".
I immediately received an e-mail acknowledging the order and stated "The next time you hear from us will be when your order ships out. You will then receive an e-mail with a tracking number from UPS". I didn't hear anything for a week and called. They told me that it was backordered. I asked why their site said it was in stock when it wasn't. I was told to call back in a week. I called back and was told that the company was "supposed to ship on the 6th of Dec". I was told "the Manager found one system and will ship it out tomorrow". On the 8th, they charged my credit card and when the shippers pulled the box, the back was crushed in. This is what I was told today on the 14th of Dec. My choice as of today after talking with "Richard" is to get a full refund on my credit card and have the order re-placed (dated on the 14th instead of 30 Nov)or leave the amount charged to my card and "hope they come in before next Tuesday to make it by Christmas". I called and talked with Ron Rella (sic) "the Manager" and he told me that they wouldn't be in until at least the end of the month. He suggested that I just get a full refund. I told him they shouldn't have charged me in the first place until they checked out their merchandise!!
I ordered from them because they had the speaker system in stock and were $100 cheaper than anyone else. After the Mongolian Cluster "you know what" I've been through with them, I would advise anyone I know to avoid them like the proverbial plague
