They do not know what it means to provide customer service! It sucked!

My shopping experience with WAWA Digital was really back and they do not understand the meaning of customer service. This is was happened:
I had ordered the Canon 20D from WaWaDigital by online and the total cost for the camera was $801. I received a call from a representative with WaWaDigital, that wanted to confirm my order. I talked with this representative and this person said that the cost doesnt include the battery and charger, which is wrong. All cameras include the battery and charger. So the representative said the price would be $1200. How does a battery and charger cost an additional $400? Yet the website doesnt indicate that the price is for the camera only without a battery and charger. Later he said he would give me a lens and a 128 MB memory stick for free. Then the representative said that I would receive the camera 6 days later. So I said that I ordered the three-day shipping, so he said that he would try to get it to me by the three days. It didnt show up on Friday. I called WaWaDigital on Monday afternoon the following week to check the status of my order. I left a message on the anwering machine that was Customer service and no one called me back. So I called the number again but this time I selected to go to the sales area so I can talk with someone at this company. The person that answered the phone did not identify himself and the company, but rather answered the phone with a hello. So I asked what company this was, and he said When I call I am supposed to start talking. I said. You need to answer the phone more professionally. He asked me Can I help you? I asked, Is this WaWaDigital? He said, "Well you dialed the number." But he didnt answer the question. I felt that he was really rude and unprofessional. I went home on Monday evening and found my package with the camera. I did get the memory stick, but I didnt get the lens, which was promised.
I felt that I got ripped off by this company, that the representative told me lies to get me to spend more money, and that the person answering the phone was unprofessional. And not to mention that I didnt get fully what I ordered. I will not be ordering from this company again and I will not be recommending this company to my friends.
