Three games sent in one month is not worth it

I had no idea this service was so terrible, until, like these others, it was too late and I had already paid them. I signed up because they offered video game rentals at a fair price, but that counts for nothing if you never get any!
I have never seen such strange business practices as the ones they employ. Here's a timeline of my experience with Intelliflix.
January 25, I signed up. It takes two days for them to send me a game. Now I am on a three out at a time plan (if you want to rent games, you have no choice but to choose the 3-out plan which allows renting regular movies, games, and adult titles). So, I wonder, where are the other two games? Intelliflix annoyingly does not tell you anywhere if your titles are available or not. The only way to find this out is by doing an advanced search. One of the options in there is to look for only available movies. After doing this, I found out serveral of my games weren't available. So I moved the ones that were to the top of the queue, hoping they would now be sent. Of course they were not.
I get the one game that has shipped on either Jan. 31 or Feb 1st. That's four days, despite that they claim faster shipping than Netflix. That's crazy! Netflix got movies to me in just one business day! I think that they have a Texas shipping center, which is where I live, so I have no clue why it took so long.
So, I have this one game, but still, they have neglected to send me any more, even four-five days after I signed up. I emailed customer service asking them what was the matter. I told them that I had put available games at the top of the queue, and why were they not being sent? The person answered me quickly, within the next few hours, saying they fixed the issue. At that time I guess they did, because a few hours later, two more games were marked as shipped.
About one day later I sent my first game back. It takes another four days to get there. Now that I have just two titles out, I expect them to ship the next available one. But they don't, again! I wait for days, so many days, that my other two games show up. Now I'm getting pretty upset here, thinking that maybe their website has a technical problem or something. If I had read these other reviews I would know that's not the case.
I e-mailed customer support again on the morning of Feb 10th, thinking that they got back to me quickly last time, so they'd do it again. As of now, I haven't heard a word. I shipped back my other two games. They got one, one's still apparently in the mail. And nothing more was ever sent. 3 games for $24.95 a month! I'm glad it was only one month I signed up for. I would recommend using Blockbuster's game freedom pass instead. It might be a little pricier at about $20 for one game out at a time. But at least you get what you want and when! I had the pass and got close to 20 rentals one month. Not bad.
In closing, please save yourself the trouble, do not fall for their marketing ploys of "faster shipping than Netflix." Just stay away!
