HORRIBLE, I can't believe how bad these people are.
Right from the beginning, I knew signing up was a mistake when I tried to do a search for a movie title that had a single quote in it (') and I received a server error and a gigantic MySql statement! I pray some 12 year old hacker doesn't stop by their site and figure out to exploit that.
Their selection of movies is hit or miss. Most of the movies I have received from them have video store stickers on them. They must buy most of their catalog from video rental stores, I guess it's that or they rent them from the stores and then ship them out :) . Before signing up (if you are actually thinking of it), spend an hour searching for all the movies you might want, you'll be disgustingly surprised at how little of what you want they have.
Their website is absolute garbage, finding a movie is a headache. Do a search on "Lord of War" and you'll get three results, one of them for the "special" 2 disc edition and two of them that appear to be exactly the same, is one of them widescreen and the other full??? Only the idiot who input the data would know. I think their website may have been created about 5 years ago by a group of monkeys or maybe even chimpanzees, you be the judge.
Support. There is none. I made a help ticket over the Lord of War idiosyncrasy mentioned above and then tried to make another help ticket over the MySql error only to get another error stating that I couldn't create a new ticket because I already had one created. The first help ticket still hasn't been addressed and that was about 2 weeks ago.
I've been a Netflix member for several years and I HATE how they throttle the amount of dvds I can get a month, but I LOVE them compared to Intelliflix, they've got a great site, great selection movies and decent shipping times (excluding the throttling of course). If you are a member of Netflix and thinking of switching, DON'T DO IT.
