The Top 10 Best Action/Adventure Movies
What would an action/adventure movie list be like if it didn't contain names such as:
Bruce Willis
Arnold Schw*coughsputtercough*negger (sp would be wayyy off)
Steven Seagal
Tommy Lee Jones
Harrison Ford
Mel Gibson
Sylvester Stallone
Chuck Norris
It wouldn't be an action/adventure movie list! So thats why I've included a few of those in my review... if you haven't seen the ones I mention, its worth at least watching once~~Who knows.. you might even have some fun!

What a movie! A hard-headed, full of himself pilot, wins the heart of a woman, while defending his country and saving a scared friend. What a man!

This is a movie that I think of during each and every tornado season. Tornadoes ripping through towns and fields keep the watcher of this movie almost on the edge of their seat. The movie is a non-stop natural disaster action sequence from beginning to end.

The story of a bad girl that gets a choice...she can go to jail or she can learn to be really Bad. Of course, she opts to go the second route and become a proficient murderer. Soon, she falls in love and has to decide between the job and her man.

#7~~Total Recall
Futuristic movie where a construction worker living a normal life, wants to take a fun vacation. He goes to mars following clues and unlocks a whole new world for them! Learning that his life may not have been all normal he just might be a spy/secret agent/superhero.. hmmm.

#6~~Speed
The bus ride you don't wanna take! Basics--bus has a bomb planted underneath it, and will detonate if the bus slows down under 55 mph (I think thats the right number). So it takes a superhero cop and meek unlicensed passenger to keep that baby running fast through the city streets until its safe to get off. Stay behind the line!

#5~~Charlie's Angels
Talk about your girl power! The girls from the tv show are brought to the big screen to kick a little butt. The trio still never get to meet the famous "Charlie", and I'm not sure I'd be willing to go as far for my boss as they do for thiers.

#4~~The Fugitive
Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time...this movie is full of that cliche! A doctor wrongfully accused of murdering his wife is being hunted by the FBI while he's hunting for the killer himself!

#3~~Rush Hour
Two very different men, both swearing to uphold the law, meet and learn to work together to save a kidnapped little girl. Fast hands and an even faster mouth make for a funny action flick!
Starring Jackie Chan & Chris Tucker
#2~~Armageddon
A mixed bunch of oil rig workers are sent up in the space shuttle to land on an asteroid coming straight at the earth. Their mission is to bring an end to that big hunk of rock, and if they can't...well at least they have a front row seat to the end of days. This movie has all the elements of a good drama/action/comedy movie all wrapped up into one!

#1~~The Matrix
A hard to describe movie that makes us wonder if our reality really is reality. The amazing optical effects are mind blowing. The movie is fast paced and furious...and leaves you saying "YEEEEAAAAHHHH!" Simply my favorite action/adventure movie hands down!
