Terrible customer service, slow shipping, poor quality.

I ordered curtains for my living room which had street facing windows. I needed curtains ASAP. I ordered RED curtains as stated on the website to match my red furniture. The color swatch on the site is red. After 2 emails and 14 days I finally received my curtains. They were a horrible burgundy/rust color and very poor quality! I actually had to buy curtains elsewhere while I was waiting for these to arrive so I had no need for these ugly curtains that didn't match my RED furniture! I contacted them about the fact that they took too long to arrive, the color was way off and hardly red, I wanted to do a return. I waited and no response, only after I sent nasty emails did I finally get a return authorization number. This came today, I ordered these curtains almost two months ago! They want to charge me a restocking fee of 15% PLUS only offered store credit. The LAST thing I want to do is shop with them again after all the nightmare service and bad quality curtains! Please save yourself the time and money, don't bother with this company, their quality/service is terrible and their return policy is even worse.
