All we can say is WOW...Richard D. and the support at Nationwide Mattress has been exceptional. Other companies could learn from their superior customer service. We've never ordered such an important item over the internet before but we are glad we did. The bed arrived on time and set up was very easy. We used the foundation and frame from our old king bed and it works great. We had a problem with the pump which was damaged in shipping. It was easy to see where the box got dropped. The pump valve didn't work. We call Richard on his cell phone (how many sales reps. will give out their personal number) and he had a new pump set to us asap! In the meantime, he told us how to pump the bed up and clamp the hose to retain the air. We used it the first night. After sleeping on a traditional bed which was giving us both back aches (we tried to get it fixed under that company's warranty and gave up) we woke up the next morning feeling great. We bought the bed two months ago and hate to sleep away from home because we are so spoiled with the comfort with our new air bed. We've had a few other occasions to call Richard D. and we've been amazed at his customer service. He returns calls right away and jumps on whatever needs to be done. Nationwide is fortunate to have someone like him on staff. He is the definition of customer service and I'd love to clone his attitude and infuse it into my staff at work. Because of our wonderful experience with Richard and Nationwide, we've recommended them to three of our friends who have been considering an air bed. Our thanks to all!
