To anyone reading this review, you may need to go to mine on WIREFLY (November 22 was the original writing and I updated it on June 29, 2006) to get background on how I ended up writing a review here.
InPhonics is an online provider of wireless services and devices who sell wireless services and devices through private labeled websites that they create and manage for online businesses, affinity organizations and national retailers, as well as through their own branded websites.
WIREFLY is one of these national retailers.
On June 29, 2006, after updating my previously favorable review of Wirefly by writing about the long nine month's worth of extremely poor customer service, and in that review advising my intentions of seeking out help from this company, INPHONIC, I am brought here to advise of my experience with INPHONIC:
I located a phone number at Inphonic.com website. I called that number. I was given another "customer service" number by "Valentia". Valentia advised that I would speak with one of the "rebate specialists" at that number. Calling 866-274-8573, I reached "Mrs. Kemp", a Financial Operations Dept. Rebate Specialist.
Guess what I was told, guys? "Your submission is being processed." Now from where and how many times have I heard THAT statement? Okay, so I demanded more. Mrs. Kemp says that within three to four weeks IF MY SUBMISSION IS DEEMED VALID (!!!!HAH!!!), my submission will then be put in for payment of the rebates. But certainly, she is "not in the position" to give me a time frame as to when that might be! So what else is new.
I am begging all of you. Unless you love the stress of dealing with thieves and liars, steer clear of WIREFLY, INPHONICS, T'MOBILE, CELLPHONEREBATES, AND any other entity that may claim to be associated with any of these "brand name" corporations!
