An absolute horrific nightmare in purchasing.

This company could care less about you or your satisfaction. I found them on a shopping site and they were listed with five stars. I only realized later that the website was probably a scam since there is no place where you can actually rate the businesses. When I did not receive an e-mail saying my product was being shipped, I called the company and was greeted with the most rude operator I have ever dealt with. She would transfer me to various extensions that were to departments that were either closed for the day or had nobody manning the phone. I would call back and before I could say more than a word and a half, she would transfer me to another line (even if those words were, "don't transfer me. . ."). Once I finally found someone who would work with me, they explained to me that my product had not been shipped do to a question about my address and they were just waiting to hear from ME (not quite sure they collected my contact information on their website then) Was I supposed to have some sort of vision that they had a question so I would know that I should contact them? This was on a product that we requested 2-day delivery on because we needed it quickly. He couldn't help me much beyond that.
Nine phone calls, three conversations, and 4 days later than I had planned, I was told that my product had been processed and would ship the next day. Two days later I receive a form e-mail explaining that my product was out of stock with no anticipated date for delivery. Their website still had it listed as in stock, and they even told me three times that my order had been processed. When I called to cancel my order for good, I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told they had no supervisors, so I asked for the owner's name and e-mail and was told that they didn't have that kind of information and that I was making too big of a deal out of it because it was only a $1400 video projector.
Don't even think of doing business with this company. It's the only way they will understand how absolutely horrible they are.
