Pros: Syncs nice with PC. Good coverage in my area. Excellent support from Earthlink.
Cons: Problem with the cradle. Reliance on multiple providers (ISP, BellSouth, etc)
The Bottom Line: Do your homework first and make sure you understand it, but overall a good inventment.

| brianwilkins's Full Review: RIM Blackberry Two Way Pager |
I switched from a Palm VII, which I had been using primarily for corporate email to the Blackberry 950 Internet edition. It definately pays to do some homework before you buy because there are a lot of options. I'm using the Internet version, which I purchased from Earthlink. I chose this direction because the non-Internet version does not integrate directly with GroupWise (our email / scheduling system). However, forwarding email out from our Groupwise system to OneMain (Earthlink's email server) is quite fast and the sync software allows me to sync my GroupWise appointments, tasks, etc. into the device pretty easily (actually took less configuration than my Palm did). The software that comes with it includes a version of Intellisync (similar to the one for Palm) that will allow it to integrate into about anything.
The coverage in my area is really good, even in basements. It did take me a few calls to Earthlink's tech support to get it activated and get all of the forwarding setup. The instructions they send are a bit fuzzy in my opinion (ie. they left out the address that I was supposed to setup forwarding to. Oops). I must say though, that Earthlink's tech support was REALLY good on the phone. I didn't have to hold very long and they were extremely helpful. If you are in an area that Earthlink covers, I would recommend them for your vendor, just for the support.
