My experience: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! I came into contact with homeclick.com on ebay. They had up for auction a whirlpool bathtub starting at $.01 with no reserve. I watched this auction everyday for this tub was exactly what I wanted. I won the auction. The following information is what I was sent to confirm I had won the auction.

I paid for it right away, a total of $312.50. 36 hours after the auction had ended and I had paid for it in full, I received a phone call telling me they could not sell me the whirlpool bathtub for the price the auction ended at, and the price I had already paid for it. I explained that I didn't feel that was right and that they should honor the auction regardless of who's fault it was that it was listed wrong. They refused to cooperate, did not apologize, did not offer me anything to replace it, and acted like I was the one who was wrong for not understanding.
