Pros: Possibly the nicest looking phone every made!
Cons: Big price for a phone, not the most user friendly
The Bottom Line: If you don't mind dropping close to $500.00 on a phone, this is certainly one of the best you can get. The looks alone are worth it.

| eskimo101's Full Review: Bang and Olufsen BeoCom 6000 2.4GHz Cordless Phone |
The Bang and Olufsen BeoCom 6000 truly is the best looking phone I have ever seen. Even those who dislike flashy possessions will admit that the subtle, sleek design is a modern classic, though under-emphasized. I cannot say enough about how nice the phone looks. Pick it up to place a call and you will immediately notice that it is made well. The sound quality is superior to any other phone that I have used. It's range is far greater than the 900 mhz phones that are currently dominating the market, and if you have a large property and like to have the phone with you, you will see the huge difference. But it is not the most user-friendly phone on the market. That's not saying that it's a difficult phone to use, but it has so many options that it gets a little confusing at times. Some of the options that I still have trouble with are multiple hand-sets per base, utilizing the hand-set to control other Bang and Olufsen equipment, and answering call waiting. Now the first two are understandable - I don't have multiple hand-sets and I don't own B & O stereo equipment; but call waiting? I may be overstating the complexity, but this isn't a great phone for your grandparents. Most of the other features are done well and useful. Just be prepared to spend a good hour reading the manual and tinkering with it. This phone offers better quality than any other phone I've used, but it comes with an equally impressive price tag.
