Please don't ever shop from this place. I wish I would've seen all of this negative feedback before I ordered from bizchair.com. I ordered tables 2 weeks ago. They shipped me the wrong tables so I had them come pick them up. They said that replacements would be on the way. Well, I have yet to see them. I have talked to someone from this company everyday only to hear I will call you back tomorrow and let you know the status. Let me tell you that Bizchair will NEVER call you back! I am now on hold with them and have been holding for them for 40 minutes. This is my second time holding for 40 minutes today as the Supervisor who spoke with me earlier promised me a call back by 45 minutes ago. They are liars. Let me tell you, they aren 't good at it either! One rep tells me one thing and the other rep tells me something else. They told me they couldn't give me a tracking number due to the weather. That was a lie. You can give someone a tracking number anytime something has been shipped. Obviously my order hasn't been shipped! As far as I'm concerned, these people are thieves.
