I ordered a couple things from them. I had a couple dilemmas. One, the first backpack I got I had to back out from because I decided I didn't want it and it was too EXPENSIVE. I know, bad on my part. So I order a different, cheaper backpack hoping that canceling my last order won't be a problem. I was wrong. They said..."we cannot cancel you item because it has already been processed" it wasn't even shipped out yet just processed. After arguing with the guy he finally told me that he'd send out a request to cancel my order. COOL.
Next, is the other backpack...they don't have detailed pictures of the item so I'm thinking cool; this is the backpack that I really want. But I could see the other side of the backpack so I'm trusting and assuming that it's a reg. pack with both straps. I was wrong! I did my research on this particular pack and found out it was the one with ONE HUGE STRAP that goes around from your shoulder to torso. So I call the guys the next day. "Hey can I cancel this order?" Obviously they remembered me and said "We have already accommodated your last request and this item is in the pick-up line so we cannot cancel it at that point." I'm thinking 'COME ON GUY IT HASN'T SHIPPED AND I BET YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO REMOVE" Anyway, he's summing up the restocking fee and the shipping fees and says "One, the shipping fee you paid for the item to be sent to you will not be refunded. Two, you will be charged for shipping back the item to us. Three, you will be paying 20% restocking fees. All comes to a total of refund $25 out $58.32 I'M NOT EVEN GETTING HALF MY MONEY BACK!!!
