Having heard mixed reviews from ordering re-manufactured cartridges, I was hesitant to try this product. 4InkJets.com had a great rating here, so I went to their site. It was easy to find the product I needed using their search engine.
I was given a choice of ordering a new cartridge, remanufactured or a refill kit. If I chose the remanufactured item, the more I bought, the better price I would receive. Even choosing a new cartridge would be cheaper than if I went to the local, big box, discount store to get them. I decided to go with the remanufactured item, and put 2 black cartridges and a color cartridge in my cart.
I knew from looking at their home page, that I would receive free shipping if I ordered $50 or more, but my order only came to $35.90. The shipping was only $3.95! I didn't pay any sales tax, but would assume you would if you lived in the same state as the company (California).
I placed my order on a Wednesday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find my order on Friday. It was sent USPS Priority Mail, and I was sent a tracking number when my order was shipped.
When I opened the cartridge box to get it out, a pre-paid, cartridge recycle bag came out with it. Pretty convenient, I install a full cartridge and send the old one back to them!
It's a few days after I put the cartridges in my printer and everything is working great. No smudges on the paper, colors look good..all is well! When I run out of ink again, I'll use this company to order more!
