I do apologize for the inconvenience. I located the orders you are referring to and was able to identify the problem with getting your subscriptions processed. The issue has been corrected.
I can go ahead and personally resubmit your orders to the publisher and put a rush on it. You would receive your magazine within the next 4-12 weeks. If you do not want to wait any longer I can issue a refund to your account. Please let me know which you would prefer to do.

It is March 29th and there is no Refund. Please explain to me why this issue has not been resolved. You have charged my card immediately when my order was placed, never submitted my subscription to the publisher, and now fail to refund my payment.

If no response is given to this issue, I will post this support ticket exchange on every forum that I can find that relates to MagsForLess or any other of the names your company goes by. I will expect people will notice the complete lack of business ethics that your company has shown. I have handled this issue without resorting to namecalling or threats and have been treated with a total lack of respect. The money is not the issue, but I do not wish your company to benefit from me or anyone else for any amount of money.
Please respond to this issue within 3 business hours.

Have not heard anything back from anyone at this company. No phone number listed anywhere on their site. Magsforless.com also goes by a few other names but each web site ties into the same database as I was able to access my order number from different sites.
I am out less than 20 dollars but if they take everyone for this amount, they are going to be raking it in, since they charge you but send any product. Pure profit.
Classic case of a company that scams you online with a promise of delivery that is outside of the time you can dispute the claim with your credit card company. Most credit cards require you to file a complaint on a charge within 60 days. Since the estimated time for delivery is 8-12 weeks and they CHARGE YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY NOT ON DELIVERY, by the time you try to reverse the charge, it is 120 days out and your credit card company says "Sorry".
Save your money or just pay the extra cost and subscribe through the publisher.
(Edited this review to put the support ticket in chronological order...after reviews thought it was a little confusing...hopefully this should help...one thing remains the same...you don't order from this web site!)
UPDATE: My support ticket has now been removed from their support site. Funny how when I wanted a response, they did not seem to know this ticket was open. Once I stated my intentions to post this ticket, then they seems to have known of its existence and promptly deleted it.
