I had some problems with my phone at first. The phone just wouldn't work it was "not in service." I called there customer Service and got direct help. They found the problem the person had activated the wrong phone number. So they changed it. Then the phone worked fine but the message signal on the phone wouldnt come up so I never knew if I had a message or not. Then I called them again. They said that they would try to fix it. Then it stared working after a few days. Me and my family went on vaction to New York and stopped in harrisburg. The mailbox wasnt working again. So I called again, they told me that they had, had trouble with the messages in Harrisburg. We went all the way to the northern lakes of New York and still got coverage. Version Customer Service was very friendly an helpful. I felt like they knew what they were doing. There service is the best they cover almost every section of the US on there nation plan. There service is clear and very reliable. If you are a traveling bussiness man this is the service for you.
