I have been using Swanson Vitamins every other month for several years.
Orders typically ship within a day or two. I have only had one experience where something showing "in-stock" didn't immediately ship. I emailed their customer service a quickly received what appeared to be a generic response, but they quickly resolved my issue.
I have found the products to be of top quality at the best prices I can find anywhere. I am a heavy nutritional supplement user and buy everything except my 500 MG L-Carnitine capsules from them (because they don't offer 500 MG capsules).
In addition to their own brands, they offer other name brands that you would likely find in your local Health Food retailer.
Use your "Favorites" list to save regularly ordered items to make your ordering experience even easier.
Sign up for their mailers! They frequently have buy one - get one free and percent sales, and even free shipping. The promotional code can be entered online to qualify for the same prices.
Standard shipping is fixed at $5.00 - regardless of order size. Express shipping is available, but if you plan accordingly I have found that my order usually arrives within a week of placing it online, even with the standard shipping.
Swanson Vitamins is one of my favorite online retailers and the one that I use most frequently.
