This is the first time I've ordered from iKitchen.com but was impressed at how fast and easy it was to check out. From their write up, it looks like they have great customer service with easy to return merchandise. I also liked the fact that they had items on sale, even if for only a brief period of time, it is great to find good deals, especially at Christmas shopping time! Not only did they have the best price on this product, they were also offering a promotion for even more off! The order accuracy is correct from the email I received. I have not, of course received the order since I just placed it, but I have no doubt it will arrive just fine. It states that it ships within 3 business days and that is a reasonable amount of time so I am satisfied with that as well. As for my overall satisfaction, I can only speak for the first half of my experience but based on that, I would definitely buy from them again, and I have even emailed the link on to other friends to share the great deal with them as well. I can let you know further, once my order is received, on how quick the delivery if and if there is any problem with the product I purchased, but I am not expecting any. All the reviews on the site were excellent ratings and I would assume that if anyone had an issue, there would be some negative feedback. So since there was none, it made me more confident in ordering.
