Well my family has two gateway computers, one gateway 2000 and one select 1200. The Gateway 2000 is mine so I can best express my feelings about my pc, but I have asked my family about the select 1200, and they say it is great. I highly enjoy the software selection that comes with gateway pc's, it includes something for the whole family. They are very easy to customize and the literature that comes with them is great. The only problem I have ever had is with the wait time when calling tech support, and the computer sales representative at the gateway country store. Other than that it is great and I recommend a gateway to anyone.
