I recently bought two Britax car seats here. I spent an incredible amount of time looking for the best price. When Britax happened to run a sale, the price at BabyAge was the best anywhere even with shipping costs. Sometimes there's a trade-off with price and customer service, but not here! They were great!
Customer service: I called once to amend my order (see details below) and once or twice to check the status of delivery. Each time, BabyAge customer service was possibly the most cheerful and helpful customer service I've ever experienced!
Delivery: My email service put their emails into "Bulk mail" so I couldn't find it until I called BabyAge. They helped me find the info and keep track of when it would arrive. (My carseats were on backorder from Britax). The delivery took a long time but it wasn't their fault. No complaints.
DETAILS: The day after my order (that included a shipping cost), I realized I needed 2 seats. I called the next day asking if they could combine my order to save me the $8 S&H. I got right through to a friendly and professional woman who not only was happy to combine my order but also took the whole S&H charge off of my bill. She gave me some promo coupon they had even though I was already going to buy it for $8 more. What a deal! I was so impressed that I'm writing my first review ever. :)
