I ordered four bar stools from Bizchair. One was damaged upon arrival during shipping. I contacted the Bizchair to return the damaged bar stool. This has started a month long, frustrating and difficult process. Basically, a call tag was issued for return. The link to it didn't work, so I asked for another one to be reissued. Subsequently the call tag number is unavailable, because the link to the call tag was disabled.
Now I am stuck detailing with an employee, Tracey Schaefer, who acts as if it's her job to make it impossible to do business with Bizchair. We have been corresponding by email and phone, and I have explained what happened with the call tag at least five times. We passed a huge milestone when she stopped stating that another call tag would not be issued. Every time I email her for an update on the new call tag, she asks me to give her the call tag number. I then explain, again, that I dont have the call tag number because the link to it was disabled. I have emailed her multiple requests for a different representative and her supervisors name and telephone number. She ignores these questions. I called Bizchairs 800 number and asked for Tracey's supervisors contact information, the representative was patronizing and mocking. Is there a problem? Oh reallllllllly. Tell me about it, Natalia cooed at me. She put me on hold for five minutes, told me that a supervisor was not available. She did give me the first name and telephone number of Dionne.
I am still waiting to hear what Traceys next excuse is for not re-issuing a call tag or giving me her supervisors contact information. I am not an unreasonable customer. All I want is to return a bar stool that was damaged during shipping. Bizchair did re-issue a call tag, but the link to it was disabled. I asked for another to be reissued. This apparently this is too much to ask.
I will never do business with Bizchair again. Also, I will tell everyone I know not to order from this company.
I should also mention that the quality of the bar stools is substandard and cheaply made. If close up or detailed photos were available on their website I would never have purchased them.
