Absolute Crooks - Most of the other major vendors were out of stock for my Samsung battery. 1800Mobiles was one of the only sites that seemed to have it. I should have been suspicious and checked the reviews of this company. They truly are sleazy. I am sure that they do just enough legitimate business to get a few good reviews...
The battery that they sold me was dead as a doornail. They sent me a bad battery and I would be willing to bet that they were aware of that fact. I have sent 3 emails asking for an RMA and have had no response.
I have now sent emails to their "Customer Service" ... again no response. My next action will be to contact my credit card company to see if I can get back my money. Finally, I am going to work hard to give these guys $35.00 (price paid for battery) worth of reviews in order to get the word out there. You really have to wonder what a company like this will do with the credit card and other information that you give to them.
Finally, If you go to there Customer Service page, they list all of the ways to contact them by email and they list a phone number at the bottom of the page for "Other Enquiries" It was a fax number when I tried calling it. Their web site is slick.... Just Say No to 1800Mobiles... They should be run out of town on a rail.
