After a lot of comparison shopping, I ordered a printer stand from Biz Chair online in the early morning hours on a Thursday. It wasn't until the next Monday that I got an e-mail that the price on the Web site was incorrect. If I wanted the item, it would cost 50 percent more. (Note: By that time, an order I had placed with another business (BuyOnlineNow) the same morning had already arrived.) I didn't expect much when I called Biz Chair's customer service. I just wanted to know why it took FIVE DAYS to find out about the price increase, which was STILL incorrect on the Web site. What I got was a series of holds, excuses ("We don't work on the weekends," "It takes a while to change prices on the Web site" and so on) and no interest in compromise. The customer service reps were either arrogant or laughable ("Well, that's not the way it is in the real world"). Overall Biz Chair is inefficient, sluggish, dishonorable, unreliable and couldn't care less.
