Absolutely horrific! This site needs to be looked into by internet regulators. It is unbelievable that this so called store is allowed to stay afloat. I had ordered 3 Sharp LCD televisions because of the incredible prices listed on their website. Bait and switch! When I called to verify the order, I was put put on hold for 25 minutes! Then a cocky, inconsiderate sales person proceedes to tell me that I had ordered the (import) model televisions and he could let me know what the prices were for the U.S.A. models. Import models? What the hell? I asked him what he meant by import models. He had the gall to tell me that the import models did'nt come with a power cord or the remote control. Right then I knew I had been had. I told him to cancel my order immediatly. I had also ordered
a Sharp Blu-Ray player which he told me would ship out that day. So, stupid me, I told him to cancel the T.V's and to go ahead and bill me for the DVD player. Big MISTAKE! After several days I emailed and asked for tracking for the DVD player. I was told it was now out of stock! I was furious and emailed for them to cancel the order. They then said item will ship right away. What? So I get the DVD player and it was fine as advertised. One catch though, I got my credit card statement and was charged $70.00 over the advertised price on the website. I emailed the company and demanded a refund of the overcharge. I have been waiting weeks for a response. I wish I could warn everyone about this site. Stay away at all costs! You will be in for a real surprise with the hidden costs that somehow show up on your creditcard statement. STAY AWAY!
