I LOVE SquareTrade Inc. Great customer service! Easy, Easy Easy, Painless process! Would, and have recommended to everyone I know. The turn around time was so quick and you can easy track your claim on-line. I was unsure at first because the price was so cheap to obtain the warranty for my daughters mp3 player (iriver). But, I figured it couldn't hurt so when 2yrs into using the iriver it stopped working I called square trade gave them all my info, they then e-mailed me an prepaid label within 9 hrs. I mailed the iriver back to them which they received in 2 days. You can go on-line to check the stats of the claim by logging into your square trade account. Then it pretty much took off from there. I received $200 in my paypal account within 7 days. Not once did they hassle me about how did it break, why, what, when,and how again. Square trade keeps you informed by sending e-mails to let you know the stats of things. They are the nicest people to deal with and always are easy to get in touch with. Not like some other company's whom always are branched out of the USA. Not once was I given the run around by any of the customer service reps! Everyone get a warranty from Square trade!
