I ordered a pair of motorcycle pants. The pants have removable protective padding on the knees, but the padding hung down on my shins instead of covering my knees. I emailed RideGear, got an RMA number, and sent the pants back. That was three months ago, and I am still trying to get my refund.
It is impossible to get them on the phone. I get a recording saying they are busy, please leave a message at the tone, but there is no tone; the connection just goes dead. I have sent many, many emails, which they respond to by issuing a "ticket id". At one point they claimed that PayPal is slow issuing refunds, but of course PayPal denies this.
Also fyi, PayPal has been completely useless in trying to resolve this. I filed a complaint with them, which was rejected. Apparently they dont get involved unless you don't receive ANYTHING from the merchant.
