I ordered 2 items, Tight Lies driver and fairway wood set and a set of Tight Lies irons. It took 8 days to leave the warehouse and without the driver. They missed the 24/48 guarantee by far and the items they said were in stock were actually not. They refunded my shipping and upgraded it to overnight free of charge, also gave me a coupon for 10% off and another for free shipping on my next orders (can not use them together though). I went ahead and used a refund for the driver, the 10% off and purchased another one from them, the Burner Draw Driver (which I was going to do anyway). Hope it gets here sooner, have not seen an update yet. I just wish they would have notified me of the errors they made and shipped my items sooner so I could have had them when they promised. At least I could have used what they had when I golfed over the weekend. Overall my experience was frustrating, with lack of responses from support, finally when I got one on the phone things were taken care of, emails do not work. They however did work hard to correct the errors the warehouse made and I do appreciate that, seems they have some organizational problems that need resolved. I am still undecided if I will order from them again, I guess we will see how the driver purchase pans out.
