I ordered at lighting direct due to the wide selection and decent pricing. After 9 days my order that was "estimated delivery in 5-7 days" had a status of "Processing in Warehouse". When I called they explained that the 5-7 days was estimated manufactures time or some such nonsense. I called back 2 days later and it was still in the warehouse so I canceled the order. This was over a month ago. They have not credited it back to my credit card which they assured me would take up to 7 business days. Today I contacted the credit care company to dispute the charge and they are handling it for me. I also contacted via email lighting direct to let them know that I was disputing it. I got email saying that they have canceled my order (again?) and I would receive the credit within 7 days. Really. We'll see but I've never had to dispute a charge like this ever. I'm just happy the credit card company took the charge off pending their "investigation"? Whatever that means, since they'd already applied interest to it. The delay in delivery was acceptable, there site was misleading, but if I could of waited I would of. That was annoying. Having them basically steal $225 dollars just plain makes me made. So, I wanted to share it for all the other shoppers out there to look at and make your own decision. Beware.
