I recently purchased a bed from Healthy Foundations. The bed was everything the company web site said it was. It was shipped the day after I placed my order, and delivered two days later. It was a beautiful mattress; it had almost no smell, and was the cleanest, best-packaged item I think I have ever purchased. It came vacuum packed, sterile, and compressed. It was as clean as a surgical dressing! However, after a few days, it became apparent that the mattress was too firm for me, likely due to my serious back problems. I called the company and was immediately speaking with a real live, and very fine human being, the operations manager, Brian Anderson. He could not have been more helpful. He did everything possible to try and help me, and when I finally had to call and ask the company to make good on their 365-day trial, Brian again was very courteous and thanked me for giving them a try and credited my account promptly. I have to say that despite the fact that the bed did not work out for me, doing business with such an honest company with such excellent customer service made this the best Internet shopping experience I think I have ever had. They have excellent products at competitive prices, the best, fairest and longest money back trial in the industry, and the best customer service possible. I would recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone without reservation.
