Preferred Photo has not return my e-mails, or call to reconcile a product we purchased.

We shop on the internet and found Preferred Photo advertising the best prices. Their website is good and easy to navigate. The delivery speed was good and the order was not complete. We would rate Customer Service as poor and we are very dissatisfied with their lack of response. We purchased a 32" LCD TV in March 2009 and were required to call a salesman, who said we needed a TV mount, since this was a "Commercial Unit, without a stand or mount". We obviously needed a stand and added it to our purchase. The salesman said if we purchased the stand, it would incude an additional warranty. We recieived the TV with the stand in the factory crate, (not separately), and did not receive the additional warranty. To date, Preferred Photo has not return my e-mails, or call to reconcile. and the additional warranty never arrived.
