I ordered two watches online from Ashford.com a few days before Christmas. I spent extra for the two day shipping. Ashford began calling my home number and emailing me to get credit card verification. I called their verification line two times and left the information. I emailed two times to find out where my order was. Today is Saturday, two days after Christmas and still no response from Ashford. I have not received the order,nor have they responded to my four messages.
This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced from an online store. I will not order from them again. The online store states " Get it December 24th". NOT SO! Don't worry about poor service, in my case it has been " no service ".
