Product was shipped broken. Emailed the company to ask for a replacement and a refund on the return shipping. I was told that it was not the company's policy to refund shipping. I was giving a return # and told to ship it back. I was then emailed back to inform me that a new unit was not going to be shipped out but the purchace price would be refunded minus the shipping charges. I am out $100.00 and have nothing to show for it. While I do believe that this man operates within the law I want everyone to know what a slime ball he is. Avoid this company at all costs. If you have been wronged by this company please contact Jeff Sweetwood at Controlscan.com internet fraud department He is with a company that promotes TTG and said I was the first person who thought to complain to his company. He said that if he gets enough complaints that his company will no longer endorse his site. If we all unite, perhaps we can get justice against this Horrible man.
